Vins sur Caramy is beautifully set in the typical landscape of green hills and vineyards. The Provence village of Vins sur Caramy has preserved its heritage. It is situated near the Provence town of Brignoles and Lake Carcès. Vins on Caramy offers few very impressive tourist attractions and historical treasures for its visitors, such as: the ruins of the castle Sainte Suzanne, built in the sixteenth century and defaced between the two world wars, the church of St. Vincent also built in the sixteenth century and the Romanesque chapel dating from the St Christophe eleventh century. The biggest treasure that the small Provence village of Vins sur Canary offers is a castle that dates back to of the sixteenth century (1543). It dominates the valley of Caramy. This castle, flanked by four towers, belonged to the family of the Counts of Provence, and has been completely restored.
